Days have passed since I was beaten like a pup and every time I think of that day, I just wish things would be different.
Mateo has been distant since we shared that kiss and seems to be avoiding me or even talking to mr.
I went to the market earlier to get some food for the pack house because Kate wants me to be running errands for her.
A few days ago, I was told Micah requested my proposed ceremony to be cancelled because he thought it wasn’t the right time for me to be welcomed into the pack.
We got some fresh vegetables and fruit. After that, I made my way to the meat sections and fish areas.
After I got the list, I looked at the tuna, which was packaged into a clear pack from back home. I needed to get a phone. I had to call speak with her.

Sighing n heavily, I made my way out of the marketplace straight to the car.

The only money I had was the money remaining from the shopping and the $500 which I had from the account.
My accounts from back home were also blocked so there was no way for me to buy this phone
“You know what? It’s fine. Might come back later,” I said, giving the lady a weak smile as I made my way out of the shop. There was no way I would be spending money that did not belong to me.

Needed to get back to my pack to get everything approved again, I had all the money I needed to survive, but then I’m sure Edward blocked my cards so that I had no means of surviving.
Getting to the pack house, we pulled over in the back of the house as some people came to help us unpack the foodstuff
“Is this everything!” Summer asked, walking into the kitchen as I nodded my head. Giving her the list together with the change.
“Put it on the table,” she says, not wanting to take it directly from me.

change and the list I was given on the table as I step aside, wanting her to check if I got the right things.
I honestly wonder why I should be doing errands like this when they could easily order things to be delivered, but I guess they just want to have me doing all their work
“What the hell is this?” She asked, covering her nose as I walked over to the box.
“Oh! Sorry, that was mine,” I say, rushing to get the box with all my fish stuff that I bought.
“It’s mine. They took it out by mistake,” I said to her as she turned to me, thing her head
“Are you fucking insane! Why would you bring this here? Don’t you know Micah is allergic to this?” She asked me as I raised my eyebrows.
How was I supposed to know?
“I will take it. It shouldn’t have been taken out” I stepped forward to grab the box from her, but she took it, handing it to one girl.
“Throw this in the bin” She glanced at me as i gasped.

That’s my stuff. Why would you throw it out!” asked as the girl looked at me, waiting for Summer’s
response.
“Because it is like poison to Micah. Throw it away” she ordered again, wanting the girl to take the box from her.
“No!” I grabbed the box from her
“Let go now!” She commanded.
“This is mine. I said I would take it. Why would you throw it out!” I said, pulling the box from her again as I tightened the grip.
“No! I don’t want it in this pack!” She barked
“I said…” She was about to pull as the box ripped apart, as the fish ripped out of the plastic falling to the ground and in the end splashing all over her baby blue pants and stiletton

“Micah?” Summer seemed shocked as she looked up at Micah, holding her hand.
I swallowed hard looking at Micah, and I knew I was screwed.

I blinked back my tears as I looked into his eyes. Why would my mate hate me this much? I didn’t do anything to deserve treatment?

Skye was stressed as I let the tears finally fall from my eyes.
“Fine! Come here.” He said to me as he grabbed me by my wrist out of his office, walking too fast as I tried to catch up with him…
People moved out of the way as he led me down the stairs.
“Micali?” Kate shouted as he dragged me out of the house. I tried to keep up my pace with him, but I was too slow for him as he dragged me, while his grip was tight on my hand.
“Cumie nal” He ordered as I followed him behind.
As we walk down the stairs, I miss my step, which causes me to love balance as I fall a few steps while he holds onto my wrist

“GET THE FUCK UP” He fumed
“Micah!” Kate shouted after him as she finally caught up with us standing in front of us
“Stay out of this Kate.” He commanded as she shook her head.
“No. People are watching you right now,” she said through gritted teeth before glancing at me, then back up at him.
“Stay the fuck out of this.” He growled. “You! Get the Puck up!”
“Not She’s y your mate and whether you like it or not, you will eventually have to accept your face,” she said to him as he scoffed, looking at me, then back at her.
She was finally getting through to him…
“I said get the fuck up! And you stay out of this” he snapped using his alpha voice as Kate gasped, glancing at me.
She glances at me as she finally bows her head in submission. Taking me by my arm, he led me across the pack like some whore he picked up from a club but caught stealing.
We arrived at what seemed like a warehouse. Machines running and a loud noise came from behind the gates.
“Here!” He said, throwing me to the ground as I fell to the ground on my knees.
“Daniel!” He shouted at the top of his voice as I turned to look at him.
“Yes, alpha!” Daniel bowed his head as his eyes widened, looking at me.
“She will work here for two weeks, he started.
